The short, plain version of what this site collects and why.

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web server, it briefly logs technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and stop attacks.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and gives us totals only (pages viewed, countries, devices), not a profile of you. We also keep our own simple daily count: how many visits, which pages were viewed and which website linked here. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and keeps no IP address or anything else that identifies you.
Our fonts are served from our own site, so your browser doesn’t connect to Google or anyone else to load them. nerwx.com sets no cookies.
When you tap a WhatsApp or email link, your message goes through WhatsApp or your email provider, under their own privacy terms. We only use what you send us to answer you and to work with you.
If you use the “Chat with Nerwx” button, your message, the page you sent it from and a random chat id are stored on our host for up to 30 days, so our replies can appear in your chat window, and then deleted automatically. Your WhatsApp number or email is stored only if you choose to leave it. To stop abuse, we keep a counter based on a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one day, never the address itself. Your browser keeps the conversation locally so it survives a page reload.
Chat messages reach us through Telegram, so a copy stays in our private Telegram group while we follow up on your enquiry. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
We keep your contact details, our messages and your project files for as long as we work together. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Cyprus tax law requires, usually six years.
We use your messages and details to answer what you asked and to prepare or carry out our work for you. We use analytics, server logs and the chat counter because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure, working site. We keep invoices because the law requires it.
Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (analytics) and Telegram (chat messages) handle data for us. Some of their servers are outside the EU; they protect transfers with the safeguards EU law requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, or ask us to limit or stop using it. Email info@nerwx.com and we’ll reply within a month.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.
